IT's Been Found that AROUND 80% of workers feel stress on the job, and  50% of workers say they need help in learning how to manage stress. 

At Mind Matters we offer stress reduction workshops with psychotherapists, mindfulness instructors, art therapists, and productivity experts to teach people the tools they need to reduce stress in their lives and in the workplace.
