We will cover the science behind meditation (how it helps to reduce stress), different techniques you can use, as well as go over six different meditations you can use at home.
This workshop if perfect for beginners or those who already have their own practice.
Nina Purewal has been practicing mindfulness for 20 years and meditation for over a decade. Part way through her sales and marketing career, in 2010, she moved to California to 'unplug', live in an ashram and study classical spiritual philosophy for 1 year. She is now the Founder of Pure Minds and teaches mindfulness and meditation across various platforms.
