We hold mental health workshops in the city (Toronto that is), to help you de-stress, reduce bad thinking patterns, or just learn to be happier.
In each workshop, we look at the science behind what's happening in our minds, discuss strategies, and learn proven techniques.
Topics we cover include stress, mindfulness, relationship issues, productivity, art therapy, etc.
We see mental health as important as physical health, and think everyone could use a "mental tune-up" to help them reach their potential.
